The requirement for this factory building was a compact office block and a logistics space with minimalism as a design principle. Thus both blocks were weaved in together yet kept apart due to its functionality by a landscaped court. The connecting corridors opened out to green pockets on either side.

The facades of the building were kept simple yet modern in form while the interiors are crisp and well ventilated.A large double height reception space leading to both the floors of the office block forms the central core of the building from where all the functional areas are visible.
