A combination of commercial and residential usage this building is an attempt to keep both functions separate yet aesthetically combined to give a visual appeal. The commercial spaces are road facing with approach from the exteriors while the residential entries are tucked within the womb of the built form. Clear demarcations in levels between the two zones also accommodate for the required privacy for the residences.

An attempt to create a modern look for the building keeping in mind the visual appeal required for commercial viability yet ample care taken to create balcony spaces for all residences at upper levels to interact with the outdoors.
