Feasibility Study

Master Planning & Space Planning
For larger developments, we prepare a master plan that optimizes land use, circulation, infrastructure, landscape integration, and future expansion while ensuring efficient space utilization.

Design Presentation
The proposed concept is presented through plans, elevations, sections, 3D visualizations, and design presentations, allowing the client to clearly understand the project before moving forward.

Client Review & Design Refinement

Precision drawings, coordination and approvals that de-risk construction.

Detailed Design & Working Drawings
Once the concept is approved, detailed architectural drawings, construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation are prepared for execution.

Consultant Coordination

Statutory Approvals

Tender Documentation & Contractor Selection
Comprehensive tender documents, technical specifications, and quantity estimates are prepared to support contractor selection and ensure transparent project execution.
